Will a trial involve extra work?
We have worked with many accounting systems and most trials involve little if any additional work. Usually, you simply have to create your invoices as normal and "print" them to OnePosting. OnePosting then manages the rest.
What else is involved?
Well, that is all that is required to operate the system. You decide how often you want to view invoices online or if you want to get any customers to come online before you decide to go live.
What happens at the end of the trial?
If you decide to continue using OnePosting, you simply have to purchase credits for your anticipated monthly invoice volume (just like buying stamps), and we will switch on printing as well as online access.
Customers will then receive their invoices in the post or online, depending on whichever method they have chosen.
If for any reason you decide not to continue with OnePosting, we will remove your installation from OnePosting along with all data that you have uploaded.
