What does OnePosting do?

OnePosting is a hosted service that reduces the costs associated with sending invoices and statements to customers, either electronically or by traditional print and post. Suppliers can now offer their customers online billing and account management that is as sophisticated as internet banking, without the need for any IT spend or up front fees. Customers can now receive invoices online within minutes of being created. For customers who prefer paper, OnePosting incorporates an outsourced print, pack and post service for invoices, credit notes and statements. It also aggregates multiple documents for an individual customer into a single envelope where possible, to minimise postage costs.

How does OnePosting work?

There is very little change to your existing process. You create your invoices, credit notes and statements as normal, but print them to file instead of a printer. OnePosting then collects these files securely, and stores all documents online in our secure data centre for six years to comply with regulatory requirements. They are accessible 24x7. We then distribute your documents to your customers using your method of choice. The methods available are (a) online via www.oneposting.com (b) outsourced print & post - you don't even have to print the invoices that go in hard copy (c) other means such as Fax or EDI where required.

Some of my customers will only accept paper invoices, can I still use OnePosting?

Yes you can, we can deliver paper to those requiring traditional invoice delivery. You can send a single page invoice for only 68c (Euro cent). This includes paper, print, envelope, stamp and delivery to your customer's door. So while you wait for those customers to move across to electronic invoicing, you will still cut costs and free up resources immediately.

What setup is required?

OnePosting is a pay-as-you-use service that is free to set up. The OnePosting Data Collector software is downloaded from www.oneposting.com and installed on your machine to collect invoices and other documents from your accounting system. We may ask you for additional information specific to your accounting system outputs, as OnePosting supports a variety of accounting systems.
