It's all about the environment: Glenpatrick promotes greener billing by using OnePosting's Electronic Invoicing solution
Dublin, Ireland, 2nd February 2010
Glenpatrick, one of Irelands foremost bottled water companies is rapidly rolling out OnePosting's Electronic Invoicing Service to its customers and has
already eliminated more than half the number of paper invoices that it sends out every month.
Glenpatrick chose OnePosting because of its comprehensive invoicing service. Once Glenpatrick posts its invoices onto a secure online portal, OnePosting
looks after the entire billing process:
- OnePosting delivers a world class electronic invoicing service, from notifying customers that there is activity on their account to
automatically linking PODs (Proof of Delivery e.g. delivery dockets) with invoices.
- OnePosting provides an online service and support for customers as they migrate from paper-based to Electronic Invoicing.
- OnePosting manages the printing and delivery of paper invoices by post when required by customers.
“The environment is top of Glenpatrick's agenda and we do our utmost to reduce our carbon footprint,” says John Young, Managing Director of
Glenpatrick Water. “Electronic invoicing is a no–brainer in this regard. We have already more than halved our number of paper invoices in 6
months. The principal reason why we chose OnePosting was because of its full service offering. OnePosting is not exclusively an electronic invoicing company
– it covers the whole gambit of invoicing, and even lets us know if any of our customers have not accessed their invoices – something we were not
able to achieve with postal services or email. They also provide a fax and postal service for those customers without Internet access.”
“OnePosting provided excellent support in managing the migration of our customers from paper to electronic invoicing. As a result, our customer
adoption rates have far exceeded expectations &ndash over 50% of our customers are now reaping the benefits of eBilling, such as 24x7 access and less
administrative hassles. The feedback has been tremendous and the number of customers moving to eBilling is set to steadily increase.” continues John
Young.
“Glenpatrick is making a positive contribution towards a greener environment by reducing the amount of paper they use,” says Gregory Duffy,
CEO of OnePosting, a leading provider of integrated online invoicing solutions. “We are working closely with them in migrating their customers from
paper-based to online billing. Their customers are enthusiastic about the move, since they are enjoying an easier invoicing process while making a positive
environmental impact. Our multi-facet approach is making the transition simple, since we support all choices and channels of invoice distribution including
online, print & post and fax.”
Additionally, Glenpatrick is enjoying improved debtor management and lower administrative costs by using eBilling. They aim to further increase their
adoption rates to close to 100% in the coming year.
