1. OnePosting comes with standard CSV and XML templates. If you can provide your invoices using either of these formats, you can still use the OnePosting DataCollector to send them securely to OnePosting, where they will be deployed to your customers.
2. We also provide an Application Programming Interface (API) which you can download and use as part of your own accounting software, to extract data from your system and send it securely to OnePosting.
3. If you send a low volume of invoices, they can be entered manually on OnePosting.com, and still distributed to your customers either electronically or by post.
4. If none of the above options are feasible for your business, please let us know which accounting system you use, and we will consider adding support for it.
