Electronic Invoicing with Sage and OnePosting

As part of our goal to offer off-the-shelf Sage electronic invoicing to SMEs, we have focused on providing integrated solutions for Sage accounting packages.

Getting Started:

Register as a Supplier with OnePosting.

Download the OnePosting Data Collector - a Service that picks up your invoice output from a location on your network and uploads them to OnePosting for distribution. Note: To install the OnePosting DataCollector you will need an installation key. If you're organisation is already registered to send invoices with OnePosting you will have already received your installation key. If not you should Register Here


Ready to go - Now What?

Your daily process remains the same except now you no longer need paper, ink, envelopes or stamps.

When your invoices have been created in Sage, print them to OnePosting using the OnePosting report template. OnePosting takes care of everything from there.

You can control invoice distribution at an individual customer level if required. We can send electronically to some, by paper/post to others and even by fax to more if that is what you require.

We will aid your move to electronic invoicing and maximise your cost benefit by providing online customer adoption plans which inform your customer and remind them of the advantages to online invoicing.
