OnePosting provides an online support service that enables suppliers and buyers to log and query issues they encounter. To help assist a speedy resolution, users shuold check our "Tips and Tricks" where they can search for an answer to their issue, before they submit a request.

However if the FAQ database does not provide a satisfactory answer, issues can be logged in our support portal.

The status of issues are updated as they are reviewed, prioritised and resolved. Customers can log in at any time and query the status of an issue they have logged previously, and mark items as closed once resolved. The portal is email-integrated therefore users are notified at different stages of the process.

New feature requests and ideas to improve any aspect of our service are welcome and can also be logged in the OnePosting Online Help Desk.
